Inter Milan are ready to release Ollie Dacourt before the start of the season.
The arrival of former Portsmouth midfielder Sulley Muntari has opened the door to Dacourt departing this summer.
A return to France is on for the former Leeds United man, with Paris Saint-Germain, Auxerre and Monaco all keen.

Inter Milan midfielder Ollie Dacourt has ruled out a return to France.
A representative of the ex-Everton midfielder said: "He is very happy at Inter and his contract expires in 2009. He will not move and if, in the extreme case, should he have to leave Inter, certainly would not return to France.
"He earns too much."
Fiorentina willing to offer Da Costa in bid for Inter's Burdisso

Fiorentina sports chief Pantaleo Corvino is moving for Inter Milan defender Nicolas Burdisso.
The Argentina international is seen by Corvino as an alternative to Alex Silva, with negotiations proving difficult with Sao Paulo.
Fiorentina are now ready to offer cash plus fullback Manuel da Costa - a favourite of Inter coach Jose Mourinho - in exchange for Burdisso.
