Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard, that last summer was about to move to Inter, has declared: "I am 100% happy to have decided to remain at Chelsea; after my mother's death I have been going through a difficult moment; Inter would have given me the chance to change atmosphere. I didn't know what to do, but, once the pre-season has started, I have understood how much I love this city and this club. I have talked about it with my family and I have made a decision"
