Chelsea legend Gianfranco Zola isn't surprised seeing Jose Mourinho making such a huge impact in Italy with Inter Milan.

“Mourinho is doing very well, but I am not surprised,” grinned West Ham boss Zola. “He is an extremely intelligent man who can deal with situations and roles with behaviour that has a very precise target.
