Cristiano Ronaldo was voted best player of 2008 by FIFPro, the International Federation of Professional Players. "To be recognized by their colleagues from around the world and over 50,000 players is extraordinary", said the outside of Manchester United, who last season won with the 'Red Devils' the English Championship and Champions League, making 42 goals. Ronaldo is also among the most accredited candidates for the conquest of Ballon d'Or.
