Bologna have announced the signing of the former Lazio and Inter man after he underwent a medical.

The Rossoblu have been struggling in Serie A and a reinforcement was necessary.

Cesar's wealth of experience is likely to help with their relegation fight and he knows Mihajlovic well from his days at Inter.

A statement on the club's official website reads:

"Bologna FC 1909 would like to communicate that we have reached an agreement to sign Brazilian winger Aparecido Cesar Rodriguez, born in Sao Paulo on October 24 1974.

"Cesar played for Inter last season and he was at Livorno and Corinthians before that on loan.

"He will be presented to the press this afternoon at 14:00 local time at the club's Galli training centre."

Cesar arrives on a free transfer after he was released by Inter during the summer.

He has been out of action since then but he has been training alongside Antonio Bovenzi who is one of Mihajlovic's assistants in Rome over the last three months.

The arrival of the player shows the club's intentions for the season as they are keen on staying up following their promotion from Serie B last term.

A number of reports suggest more players are expected to arrive during the January transfer window.

New Bologna signing Cesar Aparecido has fired a verbal shot at his old side after being forgotten when new boss Jose Mourinho took over from Roberto Mancini.

“Four-and-a-half months ago I was an Italian champion and then I found myself shut out and abandoned by everyone, without a club to play for,” Cesar said at his Bologna unveiling.

“It was very hard and people asked me why. The reply was simple - I was cut out at Inter because I was one of Mancini's men.

“I paid for Mancio's sacking and it wasn't fair. They made promises to me in June, so I didn't go looking for another club and then I heard nothing.

“The Nerazzurri forgot me. All they had to say was that they didn't want me but I believed in them. Now I don't trust anyone.”

从技术层面来说，穆里尼奥确实只需要边锋，不需要4-4-2的边路中场。

貌似是莫大起初承诺给他会续约···结果后来鸟上台以后就不搭理他了···

赛季后半段就没什么消息了

曼奇尼留任的话也不怎么可能留他

下半赛季表现没有亮点，并且年龄太大，对球队的贡献也并不足（虽然达科特能走我也希望他走，但以人之常情留下来吃最后一年闲钣我却能接受，这就是做出贡献不同）
