<P>The agent of released Inter Milan striker Christian Vieri says a decision about where he will be playing will be made next week. </P>
<P>Inter cancelled the 31-year-old's contract after an indifferent season under coach Roberto Mancini.</P>
<P>"Christian will make a decision in the next six to seven days," Vieri's agent Sergio Berti told <I>BBC Sport</I>. </P>
<P>Vieri's first choice is reportedly Spain, but Berti refused to rule out a move to England saying, "English is Christian's first language."
<P>The son of a French mother and Italian father, Vieri grew up in Sydney, Australia before returning to Italy.
<P>Vieri has been linked with Spurs, Bolton and Newcastle, but Magpies boss Graeme Souness was told the striker seemed to be interested in a playing in Spain again.
<P>Vieri played under former Chelsea boss Claudio Ranieri when they were at Atletico Madrid together.
<P>Souness said: "We did inquire about Christian Vieri. I got a mutual friend to have a word with the player, but it appears he wants to go to Spain."
<P>Berti also revealed there has been plenty of interest from other clubs throughout Europe, notably in Greece, Russia and Turkey. </P>
