这段是说AC Milan 和其他俱乐部在调查中“起了重要作用”？
“feature in”sth，我查了牛津英汉双解词典是have an important or prominent part in sth,即在某事务中起重要作用或扮演主要角色。所以我个人认为这新闻是新浪编辑的失误。

楼上的说得对，意思是说米兰在调查中起作用，而不是被提起公诉。而且从整篇文章来看，的确没说米兰也参与到打假球的事件中来。斑竹锁了吧
