　　　　 There are so many things I could say about you and so many reasons why I admire you,but the main thing I want to tell you is that when I was growing up,you were everythings to me.I followed your career with the Chicago Bulls religiously,and you were the person who made me want to play basketball.You were a god in a basketball uniform.

　　　　 you were such an influence all over the world,but after I transferred to Mt.Zion Christian Academy in North Carolina for my senior season,I was able to play in the state where you learned the game.I'm not sure if you remember,but I met you back then,when I was 17 years old.We just had a basic conversation,but it really meant a lot to me to be able to talk to myhero and have you treat me just like anyone else.

　　　　 Then I was named North Carolina's Player of the year by the Associated Press and jumped right to the NBA.That gave me an opportunity to play my first year in the League while you were still playing.Playing on the same floor as you really meant a lot.

　　　　　And now you've come back,talking about the challenges of playing against the younger players,like Kobe Bryant and me.Wow.I've always like playing the Wizards-I made my first career start against them-but now playing against Washington will be even more special.

　　　　　I saw you at All-Star last year in Washington,DC,but I've never really gotten to tell you all that you have meant to young basketball players my age.You've just meant ererying to us.You still do.
