Inter owner Massimo Moratti has confirmed his interest in Frank Lampard, but the Chelsea midfielder is not about to join the Serie A champions, according to two people who should know.

Lampard’s agent claims talks are planned with Chelsea to extend Lampard’s contract beyond its 2009 expiry and that there has been no move from the Italian side for the England international.
