25-04-2009	In a gesture of friendship and hospitality, the city of Naples presents Mario Balotelli with a special welcome plaque ahead of Napoli's match against Inter and after the racist chants directed at the player from Juventus fans. Nicola Oddati, councillor for culture of the city of Naples, explained: "We wanted to give a small sign of solidarity to a coloured Italian boy who is a great promise for Italian football, and to say once again NO to racism, inside and outside stadiums. Naples is an open and supportive city, which will host the Universal Forum fo Cultures in 2013. It is, therefore, a city of peace, friendship, tolerance and interculture."
