MILAN - Roberto Mancini was delighted with Inter's second-half performance against Atalanta. "We knew it would be a very difficult game, we weren't expecting an easy afternoon," said the Inter boss after his team's eleventh consecutive Serie A win. "It was the first time Andreolli and Burdisso had played together in the centre of defence, and Atalanta have done very well in the recent matches.

"After suffering in the first half, we did very well in the second half and overturned the result.

"Adriano's goal? It was an important goal for him. I now hope he can start the new year like he knows how. It was certainly a fundamental goal for Inter.

"Figo? He made the difference when he came on. He was set to come on midway through the first half because Cambiasso wasn't feeling too well. But I would have introduced him anyway because we needed to play on the wings more."

<P>上半场就感觉球员不兴奋，球被断了，也不回追，精神面貌有问题。</P><P>下半场一上来，整个感觉脱胎换骨。进球是迟早的事</P>
