We undertake to you that we will discharge the mortgage and keep the Vessel free and clear of any liens, charges, claims, mortgages, or other encumbrances on or before delivery of the Vessel in accordance with the terms of the Shipbuilding Contract and would deliver to you a certificate of non-registration regarding the Vessel issued by the Marine Bureau of China, Jiangsu Branch, dated the day of the Vessel’s delivery and giving evidence that the Vessel and any mortgages or other encumbrances are not registered any longer with the Marine Bureau of China, and duly issue to you the DECLARATION OF WARRANTY as stipulated in article VII 3(g) of the Shipbuilding Contract to the Buyer.
