<B>Luis Figo could be staying with Internazionale after announcing he will not be joining Al-Ittihad this summer.</B>
The Portuguese winger agreed to join the Middle East club at the turn of the year.
However, Al-Ittihad have not been able to honour some of the terms of the contract, something Figo is not happy about.
"Despite the agreement made on January 4 between the two parties, Al-Ittihad didn't complete the obligations agreed in the signed documents,"Figo said.
"With this being a unilateral violation, it is not possible to repair it."
The 34-year-old also announced that he plans to report the Arabian side to FIFA's Players Committee.
It remains to be seen if he now decides to sign a new deal with Inter, who he helped win the Serie A title this year.
