Mourinho closes on first Inter Milan signing

Jose Mourinho hopes to make his first signing as coach of Inter Milan before the end of the weekend.
A list of players, mainly from his former club Chelsea, have been linked with a move to the San Siro since Mourinho’s succeeded Roberto Mancini earlier this month, as he looks to build a side capable of a Champions League assault.
His first capture, though, is a little closer to home yet equally as impressive nonetheless. The Portuguese hopes to tie up a deal for Roma winger Amantino Mancini within the next couple of days, with both clubs said to be locked in talks.
The Nerazzurri first became linked with the 28-year-old Brazilian during Mancini’s successful reign at the club, so although most of the hard work is done, it is Mourinho who will no doubt take the credit.
In a way, it could even mirror what happened at Stamford Bride when Petr Cech and Arjen Robben made their debuts under the 45-year-old despite being signed by previous manager Claudio Ranieri.
One stumbling block concerning the Mancini deal could be the asking price. Giallorossi are holding out for £13.5million for the player, but Inter were hoping to clinch the transfer for no more than £10million.

关于A-曼奇尼，罗马要价1350万，国米则认为不应超过1000万，能否谈成还难说。
A-曼奇尼不是穆导所要的球员，而是一个历史遗留问题，毕竟之前谈了一年多了，现在放弃挺可惜的，对各方来说都不太好。
我觉得1200成交是可以接受的最高限。如果罗马坚持不认可这个价位，那么就不能怪咱们不要人了。
现在国米进人特别是年轻人一定要优先考虑意大利本土球员，否则越是接近2011年实行6+5的大限，越难办。

前锋，克鲁斯、克雷斯波走，阿德回归，巴洛特利顶上。克鲁斯本人如果愿意留下做第三或第四替补，也应欢迎。
前腰，斯坦科维奇、达科特走，兰帕德来，吉梅内斯重点培养，还有小贝利也可培养观察。如果兰帕德不来，则留下斯坦科维奇，这两人其实同龄，明年31岁，都是处在明显的下降通道（就象目前的上证指数）。前腰对体力要求是全队最高的，过了30岁就很难了。
左中场，大塞萨尔走，引进小曼奇尼。
右中场，引进华金。如果华金不来也可以，就让老菲戈、老萨队再顶一顶，巴洛特利在这个位置也很有潜力。
其他，索拉里、马尼切两位边缘队员走。
在上赛季阵容中，前腰、左边锋较弱，亟待优先解决。如果阿沙文（1981）、席尔瓦（1986）能来，则最美妙不过，他们不仅年轻，能力上也分别比现在的兰帕德（1978）、小曼奇尼（1980）高一个等级。

08年6月合同到期的3位队员（不包括今天刚续约的菲戈）：索拉里、达科特、大塞萨尔
租借到期的2位队员：马尼切、克雷斯波
其中索、达、马上赛季已打不上比赛，因此续约的可能性极小。克雷斯波今年不仅租借期满，在切尔西那边的合同也同时到期，也将成为自由球员。克雷斯波如果离开有点可惜，但是阿德回归，巴洛特利要重用，实在没有位置了。大塞萨尔年龄大了，74年的，明年35岁。

斯坦科维奇的合同是到2010年，但上赛季他的状态下降得已不太可能留在国米。近期国米多位高层也明确说了他可以转会。在这种情势下，走人的可能性很大。

除前贴所列的6位拟将离开的队员，还剩下22位，根据上赛季他们的上场位置综合统计，很明显，我们需要补充的是两个位置：ACM（Attacking centre midfield）、LM（Left midfield，顺便说一下，我在这里经常用英文，不是我喜欢英文，而是我觉得中文翻译的名称不准确，比如LM，是指左中场，而中文被称为左前卫，可能是咱们国家队被人家打惯了，中场都默认成了防卫）。

对于LM，可能在穆导那里应该叫LWM，或LW/M（Left wing/midfield），即LM和LW的综合体。
